Team Assistant

• Assisting in the implementation of the Sennheiser innovation strategy
• Development of creative concepts for future markets and customers
• Trend observation and derivation
• Supporting innovation projects with creative concepts
• Development of creative concepts for future markets, customers and consumers
• Drafting, commissioning and implementing various consumer studies
• Development and formulation of innovation strategies
• Implementation of consumer data in creative product, service and market scenarios
• Observation and evaluation of trends in order to gauge their significance to Sennheiser
• Conceiving, planning, implementing and presenting creative workshops
• Handling of the "concepts and trends" vector in the "harmonised innovation roadmap"

• University degree or training in conceptual design, strategic planning or designing
• Prior professional experience in design, innovation, future concepts or comparable
• Excellent English language skills
• Experience in visualisation and/or copy writing
