IBC 2001 - SKP 30
With the SKP 30, RF specialist Sennheiser is plugging the ”wireless gap” for PA companies and professional users from the fields of broadcasting, ENG and video. The plug-on transmitter, which is both compact and rugged, simply connects to a cabled microphone in place of the cable, instantly converting it into a wireless microphone. This opens up the possibility of using wireless microphone booms for film sets and reporting as well as integrating (your very own favorite…) cabled microphones into a wireless system.Latest Product from the 3000 Professional Series
As the most recent product in Sennheiser’s 3000 RF series, the SKP 30 features the proven ”HiDyn plus™” noise reduction system, which guarantees an excellent signal-to-noise ratio and optimum sound quality. The plug-on transmitter is not only highly flexible in its application but is also extremely simple to use, while offering all the features of a ”normal” RF wireless microphone, such as 16 programmable PLL-controlled frequency presets, channel numbering, battery status display, adjustable transmitter sensitivity, attenuator, etc.
Condenser Microphones? No Problem!
The SKP 30 features 48V phantom powering for condenser microphones. It also has an electronically balanced AF input, which means that even microphones which transmit the audio signal via pin 3 instead of the usual pin 1 can be connected without any problems.

The SKP 30 is available at all specialist dealers. We would be pleased to send you a model for you to test.
