Warranty conditions

Den Sennheiser original produkt som du köpt omfattas av en garanti på 24 månader. Garantiperioden börjar vid inköpet av den helt nya, oanvända produkten från ditt  inköpsställe. Behåll kvittot (eller ditt garantibevis) som bevis på köpet. Om du inte kan visa fram bevis för köp, som kommer att kontrolleras av din lokala Sennheiser servicepartner, kommer du bli skyldig att betala för alla reparationer som utförs. Inköpsbevis måste ange inköpsställe, inköpsdatum och produktens namn.
 
Vi ska tillgodose våra garantiåtaganden genom att åtgärda eventuella material-eller tillverkningsfel utan kostnad efter eget val, antingen genom reparation eller genom att byta enskilda delar eller hela apparaten. Defekta delar som avlägsnas från en produkt under ett garantianspråk skall tillfalla Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co KG.
 
Följande fall omfattas inte av ovanstående garanti:

  • Mindre fel eller avvikelser i kvaliteten på en produkt som inte påverkar produktens värde eller lämplighet för avsett ändamål
  • Alla tillbehör som medföljer produkten
  • Laddningsbara och engångsbatterier (dessa produkter har en kortare livslängd, vars längd också beror på hur ofta du använder det)
  • Fel som beror på felaktig användning (t ex hantering av fel, mekaniska skador, felaktig spänning, vätskeskador). Korrekt användning vid tillämpningen av denna garanti definieras som användning av produkten enligt de villkor som anges i bruksanvisningen.
  • Störningar på grund av slitage
  • Ändringar av Sennheiserprodukter som skett av dig eller tredje part, såvida inte Sennheiser har gett sitt skriftliga samtycke till arten och omfattningen av ändringen
  • Fel som köparen redan kände vid tiden för köpet


Alla garantianspråk blir ogiltiga om produkten har manipulerats av obehöriga personer eller verkstäder.

Garantianspråk kan åberopas i alla länder i hela världen där den lagstadgade rättigheten i det berörda landet inte är i konflikt med vår garanti regler. Ingen annan garanti eller fordringar utöver de rättigheter som anges i dessa villkor kommer att accepteras.
Konsumenterna kan ha rätt till lagstadgade rättigheter i sina egna länder, som inte begränsas av garantin och förhållanden,då till exempel garanti regleras av lagarna i det land där Sennheiser produkten köps av konsumenten. Bestämmelserna i FN-konventionen om internationella köp av varor gäller inte denna tjänst.

Limited 24 Month Warranty
 

The Sennheiser product you have purchased features a Limited Warranty of 24 months. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the brand new Sennheiser product by the first end user.
 

Warranty Coverage

Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Sennheiser will, at its option, (1) repair the product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished product. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.
 
For the purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been returned to its original specifications. Any defective parts removed from a product during the course of a warranty claim shall become the property of Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG
 
This Limited Warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship effecting performance of this product. The warranty does not include any defects in accessories or batteries including rechargeable or disposable batteries which typically have a shorter service life, the length of which depends on the frequency of use. This Warranty does not cover installation, operation or modification of the product that is not in accordance with the instruction manual for this product unless Sennheiser has given its prior written consent to the nature and extent of the variation.


Unauthorized repair or tampering will void this Limited Warranty. 
 
Limitation on Liability

WHERE PERMITTED, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WRITTEN WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Notwithstanding the above, where applicable, you may be entitled to any implied warranties allowed by law in which case such warranties are hereby limited to the same 24 month period as the express Limited Warranty unless the applicable law does not allow such time limitation.
 

How to Obtain Limited Warranty Service

To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, the current owner must furnish the sales receipt, or warranty certificate if applicable, as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase must state the date of purchase and the name of the product. If you cannot furnish proof of purchase, which will be verified by your local Sennheiser service partner, you will be obliged to pay for any repairs.
 
The customer bears the risk and cost of shipment. To avoid any damages in transit, please use the original packaging if possible.

Limitation on Damages

This Limited Warranty is fully transferable provided the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase or warranty certificate. This Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy and SENNHEISER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT; provided, however that this limitation on damages may not be applicable to you if you are in a state or country where such damages cannot be limited.
 
Other Conditions

This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the place in which the Sennheiser product was purchased by the first end user; provided, however, that the provisions of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods are expressly made not applicable.
 
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
