On Saturday 29.04.2006 the first Danish qualification for ESWC (Electronic World Sports Cup) was held at Fisketorvet in Copenhagen (Denmark´s second largest shopping centre). Sennheiser Nordic was one of the main sponsors.

ESWC is Europe´s largest event within professional Cyber sports with a total premiumsum of USD 400,000.-, and, unlike similar initiatives, it has the attention of the press from start to finish.

René Krag, from the team Meet Your Makers, has made a head start with the game Warcraft 3 playing with his Sennheiser PC150

René Krag, the semi-professional Danish eSports athlete, also called "Ciara" in the gaming world, who ordinarily plays for the professional team Meet Your Makers (Red. mYm), qualified in the game Warcraft 3 for participation in the final of this year´s ESWC event in Paris, France. "Ciara" has previously won ACON5 Nordic, among other events, and participates in events all over the world.

The best Danish players and teams take part in the qualification ESWC 2006 hoping to participate in the ESWC final in France and hopefully winning one of the most coveted and prestigious championships in the world.
